If the page looks empty, a profile is missing, or a feature will not load, use the support options from the Help Home page.
Common questions
After login, use the profile selection screen if multiple users are linked to the same account. Always choose the profile that matches the student, parent, teacher, or principal record you want to open.
That usually means the profile data, menu selection, or cohort information has not finished loading. Refresh once, confirm the selected user, and verify that the expected records exist for that role.
Refresh the page, reopen the current module from the top menu, and avoid using stale browser tabs with an older session. The menu system is session-driven, so a fresh load often resolves the issue when a nested item does not open correctly.
Notifications are for announcements, reminders, and updates. The Help module is for self-service guidance, manuals, FAQs, and support contact details.
Contact support if the issue affects login, profile selection, page loading, missing data, or any action that should work for your role but does not.
Go back to the profile selection screen and choose the correct user again. If the wrong profile keeps appearing, the account may have multiple linked users and the active selection needs to be reset.
Refresh the page once and confirm the session is still active. A blank menu usually means the current role and nested menu state need to be loaded again from the server.
The platform is mobile-friendly, but some complex pages still require scrolling. Use the Help hub or manual pages for the cleanest step-by-step guidance on smaller screens.
