Before you start

Use the right student profile

Sign in with the correct student profile, open Evalix from student home, and check pending assessment cards first.

During assessment

Read instructions carefully

Review the instructions, use the in-assessment navigation carefully, and keep the page open until you submit.

After completion

Review XP and answersheets

Check your XP, open the answersheet, and return to home to continue the next task.

Common questions

These answers cover the most common student journeys in Evalix.

Open your Evalix student home page and choose a pending assessment or learning journey card. If the instructions dialog appears, read it first and then begin.

Your XP, rank, and recent analysis appear on the student home page. If the ranking section is loading slowly, refresh the page and wait a little longer.

Evalix shows a completion dialog with your name, XP reward, and buttons to open the answersheet or return to home.

Make sure you are using the right student profile. If it still fails, reopen Evalix from your student home page or contact support from the Help screen.

This usually means the session or profile selection is incomplete. Reopen Evalix from the student home page, confirm the correct profile, and try the assessment again.

A short delay can happen while the latest result is saved and refreshed. Return to the student home page or refresh once to see the updated XP and progress cards.

Review the answersheet from the most recent completed assessment. If the mismatch remains, it may be a cached view or a profile mix-up, so reopen Evalix and confirm the correct user.
