Limited data usually means the selected child profile is incomplete or the system is still loading the relevant records. Check that the correct child is selected.
Yes. If your account supports more than one child, use profile selection before opening reports so Evalix shows the correct student data.
Recheck the selected profile, refresh the page, and confirm your account details. If the issue continues, contact support from the Help page.
Refresh the page after switching profiles so the dashboard can reload the new child’s data. If the old child still appears, the session may need to be reset by signing in again.
Confirm that you selected the right child profile and that the latest data has had time to sync. If recent activity is still missing, contact support with the date range and screen name.
Yes. Progress screens may update after the latest assessment or completion data syncs. A refresh can show the newest values once the backend finishes processing.
